I want to thank all those involved in making my car purchase an easy experience. Dom and Eric were both instrumental in helping me make my decision to purchase the Ford Escape. It was in the midst of Hurricane Sandy that we working together to make my purchase a reality. My granddaughter brought me to the showroom to view the car, and since she had a previous friendship and dealings with Dom, it gave me an early feeling of trust.
I came into the dealership "just looking" and left a few days later with my new vehicle. This is my first Ford purchase ever.
Eric listened to my needs and requirements and was able to make the deal possible. He offered his assistance for any future questions I may have. Overall, I felt he was knowledgeable and effectively assisted me in my purchase which I never thought possible. Lastly, he returned a change purse found in my old car which had been missing for about 2 years.
