Albee and the entire team at Phil Fitts did an excellent job, and I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience. I especially appreciated the extra effort that Albee took to help arrange transportation for me to get to the airport while my previous vehicle was out of commission. I also greatly appreciated the ability to use a courtesy vehicle while my new truck was being prepared for delivery. So far, I love my new F-150, and I plan to return to Phil Fitts for any required service.
